Job Description

The Utility Division Project Manager plays a central role in overseeing projects within the utility division. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects to guarantee their delivery within budget, scope, and timeline. This position demands strong leadership and effective communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage detailed project plans and timelines for effective execution.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources and coordinate tasks among project teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business needs.
  • Update stakeholders on project performance and timelines regularly.
  • Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is kept up to date.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams on best practices.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with regulatory bodies when necessary to ensure compliance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management within the energy and utilities industry.
