• Conduct outreach activities to promote community resources.
• Evaluate and refine outreach strategies based on community feedback.
• Build collaborative partnerships with other social service providers.
• Create and distribute informational materials about community services.
• Prepare reports on program activities and client outcomes for stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in social service roles

Certifications

• Certified Social Services Practitioner

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Intermediate
