Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer in our team, you will focus on analyzing production processes, implementing lean methodologies, and optimizing workflows to improve overall efficiency. Ideal candidates will have a proactive approach towards problem-solving and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement workshops and training sessions.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain standards.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process failures.
• Engage in benchmarking against industry standards.
• Document and present findings to senior management.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies into manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline
• Relevant certifications in Process Engineering or Lean Manufacturing are advantageous.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering roles
