Job Description

As a Roving Winder at Tech Innovations, you will be at the forefront of textile production, operating and maintaining roving machines to produce high-quality sliver. This role requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate roving machines in line with production schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machines are functioning correctly.
• Report on production performance and materials usage.
• Conduct basic maintenance on machines and escalate repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve production processes.
• Assist in training junior staff members as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification

Experience

• Experience with different types of roving machines preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of textile machinery
