Responsibilities

  • Implement testing automation strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Execute performance and load testing to ensure system stability.
  • Assist in the development of quality assurance metrics and KPIs.
  • Lead test execution efforts and oversee testing timelines.
  • Mentor and train junior QA team members.
  • Provide insights on testing best practices and tools.
  • Effectively communicate testing progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to user acceptance testing with end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • QA certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
