• Develop crisis communication strategies for negative social media feedback.
• Create monthly reports detailing social media performance and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Additional qualifications in graphic design or content creation is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience managing social media platforms for brands
