Job Description

As a Telecommunications Equipment Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various telecommunications systems. The ideal candidate must have technical expertise in equipment installation and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute the installation of a variety of telecom systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues with network equipment promptly.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest technologies and installation methods in the telecommunications field.
• Provide feedback and report to management regarding client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate with Mathematics and Science
• National Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in telecommunications installation or similar role
