Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead multifaceted projects and ensure successful delivery on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct project evaluations to assess outcomes against project goals.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Develop project schedules and timelines in collaboration with team members.
• Utilize project management software to manage deadlines and resources.
• Mentor junior project team members to build skills and capabilities.
• Oversee subcontractors and consultants as needed for project success.
• Engage with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Prepare for and lead project meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.
• Documentation of all project phases, maintaining compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
• Certifications in Agile or Scrum methodologies preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in project management or relevant experience
