Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new aerospace systems and improvements to existing systems.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Review and assess technical specifications to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
• Participate in risk assessment activities for engineering projects.
• Coordinate with supply chain to ensure materials are available for projects.
• Act as a liaison between departments such as production, quality, and R&D.
• Prepare and present findings of engineering analyses to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and changes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace engineering
