Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
• Monitor staff performance and address any issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Ensure the facility is well-equipped and adequately staffed.
• Manage inventory and procurement of medical supplies.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote services.
• Engage with stakeholders to support community health initiatives.
• Prepare reports on operational performance and patient outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between departments and management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or related roles
