Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Durban. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of design principles and a passion for creating visually appealing and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and improve user experiences for our software applications.
• Create interactive prototypes for conceptual demos and testing.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements and feedback.
• Collaborate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas.
• Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
• Document and maintain design guidelines and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in a design role

• Adobe Creative Suite
• User Testing

• Critical Thinking

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Understanding of WCAG and ADA compliance for inclusive design.
