As a Logistics Manager based in Durban, you will be responsible for optimizing our logistics processes, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role requires strategic thinking and a focus on operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics processes, from warehousing to shipping.
• Evaluate logistics performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Work closely with various departments to align logistics with overall business objectives.
• Train and mentor staff to enhance their logistics skills and knowledge.
• Report on logistics performance metrics to senior management.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of logistics activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• MBA in Logistics or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics and distribution management
