Job Description

As a Medical and Health Services Manager, you will oversee the nursing home’s operations, including staff management, resident care quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will ensure a safe and supportive environment for all residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate the performance of healthcare staff.
• Conduct regular assessments of facility operations and resident care.
• Ensure ongoing employee training and professional development.
• Work with external stakeholders to enhance facility services.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Develop programs promoting the well-being of residents.
• Initiate community outreach activities to promote nursing home services.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Participate in strategic planning and program development.
• Monitor and improve budgetary efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of managerial experience in a healthcare setting

• Advanced Healthcare Leadership Certificate
