IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a diligent IT Support Technician to assist our users and ensure that all IT systems are functioning optimally. This role involves diagnosing issues, providing resolutions, and maintaining positive communications with clients. A proactive approach and effective communication skills will be key to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical problems via phone, email, and chat.
• Configure and support mobile devices for users.
• Assist in system recovery and data backup procedures.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives.
• Evaluate and prioritize IT requests based on urgency.
• Analyze troubleshooting data to improve processes.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure complete solutions.

Requirements

Education

• MCITP or CompTIA A+ certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience

Technical Skills

• Linux Operating Systems
• Active Directory

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure): Hands-on experience in managing cloud-based applications and services.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages: Knowledge of scripting can help in automating tasks.
