We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive accounting records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting schedules.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure compliance.
• Review financial inaccuracies and resolve discrepancies.
• Support the implementation of new financial systems.
• Conduct market analysis for financial planning.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Financial Software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Skills
• Time Management

Certifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• CIMA Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
