The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests and incidents reported via the helpdesk system.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT-related queries.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assets.
• Assist in implementing IT projects and upgrades.
• Ensure data backup and recovery measures are in place.
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions.
• Stay updated on new technologies and software trends.

Advantageous

• Experience with virtualization technologies: Knowledge of technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Network troubleshooting experience: Ability to troubleshoot networking issues such as connectivity problems.
