Responsibilities

• Assess and improve existing chemical processes.
• Collaborate closely with R&D for new product development.
• Implement process safety management to minimize risk.
• Analyze data to drive improvements in production efficiency.
• Prepare and present reports to management on process performance.
• Provide technical support and training to junior engineers.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Engage in sustainability projects aimed at reducing environmental impact.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical processing or engineering
