Job Description

As an Architectural Designer with our firm, you will take a leading role in the design process. The selected individual should have strong creative skills, knowledge of current design trends, and proficiency with architectural software. You will work closely with clients and the project team to bring ideas to life through detailed and functional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative design concepts.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines to ensure a cohesive project outcome.
• Manage project timelines and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of designs.
• Perform design reviews and critiques to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Design
• Further specialization in sustainable design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

• Building Codes Knowledge

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
