Job Description

As a Recruitment Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract top talent. This position requires a keen understanding of recruitment metrics as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to streamline our hiring practices.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of our recruitment processes through data analysis and trend identification.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend updates.
  • Contribute to a positive company culture through innovative recruitment practices.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of recruitment activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends affecting recruitment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment operations or HR analytics
