Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employment compensation and benefits data.
  • Advise management on effective incentive programs to enhance motivation.
  • Lead projects to improve employee engagement through benefits enhancements.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct implementation of compensation policies.
  • Support the recruitment team in structuring competitive job offers and salary negotiations.
  • Continuously gather feedback from employees to assess satisfaction with benefits offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • A HR Certification is preferred
  • Compensation Analysis In-depth knowledge of compensation analysis and salary benchmarking.
  • HRIS Proficiency Experience with HRIS systems for managing compensation data.
  • Regulatory Compliance Knowledge of local regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
  • Analytical Skills Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear policy explanations.
  • Negotiation Skills Expertise in negotiating employee compensation packages.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • Certified Benefits Professional (CBP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Familiarity with Employee Surveys: Experience in conducting employee surveys to assess satisfaction with benefits.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple compensation-related projects effectively.
