Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Compensation and Benefits Advisor where you will leverage your expertise in HR to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits packages. You will be instrumental in driving employee satisfaction and retention through strategic HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of employment compensation and benefits data.
  • Advise management on effective incentive programs to enhance motivation.
  • Lead projects to improve employee engagement through benefits enhancements.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct implementation of compensation policies.
  • Support the recruitment team in structuring competitive job offers and salary negotiations.
  • Continuously gather feedback from employees to assess satisfaction with benefits offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role
