Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated pharmacist to provide exceptional service and medication management in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and a passion for patient care, contributing to a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient health records to make informed medication recommendations.
  • Provide thorough consultations for new and ongoing prescriptions.
  • Engage with patients to promote health and wellness strategies.
  • Work closely with doctors to recommend medication adjustments.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure medication availability.
  • Facilitate workshops and health awareness programs for the community.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in community or hospital pharmacy
