Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the healthcare facility to ensure efficient patient flow and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health regulations and monitor performance metrics.
• Manage budgets, financial records, and resource allocation.
• Supervise administrative staff and assist with staff training and development.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to improve service delivery.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly.
• Implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare operations
