Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate competitor strategies to stay competitive in the market.
• Facilitate A/B testing to refine marketing tactics and improve conversion rates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree in Business is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
