Job Description

We're on the hunt for an E-commerce Manager who is passionate about online retail! The successful candidate will lead our e-commerce operations in Johannesburg—driving sales growth, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the user experience across our digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the online sales strategy and improve e-commerce results.
• Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics to track performance and growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
• Develop promotional campaigns which align with business objectives.
• Provide training and support for junior staff on e-commerce tools and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• Master's degree in Business is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
