Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve departmental sales targets.
  • Develop sales training materials and workshops for the team.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and address concerns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions.
  • Prepare detailed quotations and contracts for prospective clients.
  • Analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively sell.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products to existing customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
