Job Description

As a Workplace Compliance Advisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our organisation adheres to a wide array of HR compliance regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks that align with local and international labour laws. Successful candidates will possess a keen analytical mindset and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead compliance-related training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Coordinate with legal counsel on compliance matters.
  • Identify areas for improvement in compliance processes and implement solutions.
  • Respond to compliance inquiries and provide guidance to staff as necessary.
  • Attend industry conferences and workshops to stay updated on compliance issues.
  • Conduct exit interviews to identify any compliance breaches or issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations or Law
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or Compliance is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR compliance experience with a focus on workplace regulations
