Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective strategies that support our diversity and inclusion goals within the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Create awareness about diversity initiatives within the talent pool.
• Implement best practices for sourcing and engaging diverse candidates.
• Work closely with marketing to promote our diversity recruitment brand.
• Facilitate diversity training sessions for interview panels.
• Continuously assess the recruitment process for potential biases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in HR or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in diversity recruitment or HR management

Technical Skills

• Diversity Recruiting Platforms
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Certified Diversity Professional (CDP)
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
