Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our Durban clinic. In this role, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions, perform surgeries, and guide pet owners on best health practices. Your experience is key to maintaining the high standards of care that our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to determine treatment plans.
• Assist with the management of clinical staff and training of junior veterinarians.
• Engage with pet owners, providing education on various animal health issues.
• Promote and participate in community outreach programs related to animal health.
• Develop and implement protocols to enhance the quality of veterinary care.
• Monitor and manage inventory of veterinary supplies and medications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Postgraduate qualifications in a related field will be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary practice

• Radiology Skills

Certifications

• Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
