Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Office Administrator to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage office tasks, improve office processes, and support our staff in daily operations. This role is vital for maintaining smooth office flow and providing excellent administrative support.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications.
  • Support accounting with invoicing and payment processing.
  • Implement office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in managing office budgets and expenditures.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Diploma in Office Administration or similar is preferable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
