Job Description

As a Psychotherapist at our clinic, you will provide professional psychological counseling and therapy to clients experiencing mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team, focusing on client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Administer psychological assessments and interpret results.
• Foster a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic space for clients.
• Educate clients and families about mental health issues and resources.
• Document sessions thoroughly and adhere to confidentiality protocols.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to their training.
• Maintain an active participation in community outreach programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology preferred

Experience

• Experience with trauma-informed care is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
