Join our dedicated team as a Residential Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in delivering compassionate care and support to residents in a community setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety, well-being, and personal growth of each individual in your care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the individual needs of residents and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Oversee the daily routines, ensuring residents are safe and engaged.
• Provide counseling and emotional support to residents in distress.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as needed.
• Implement emergency protocols and maintain a secure environment.
• Lead group activities and facilitate social interaction among residents.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for integrated care approaches.
• Keep detailed records of residents' interactions and progress.
• Attend training and development workshops to improve personal skills.
• Ensure adherence to legal standards in residential care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience working with individuals with mental health challenges

Certifications

• Advanced First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
