Job Description

Adept Care Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services. In this role, you'll assess client needs and implement innovative therapy techniques. Emphasis will be on enhancing clients' day-to-day functioning, promoting independence, and supporting them on their therapeutic journeys.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' physical, mental, and emotional health to create tailored therapy plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve client functionality.
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Provide consultations to families regarding therapy techniques and resources.
• Evaluate and report on patients' progress towards therapeutic goals.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for community organizations.
• Research and incorporate best practices within the therapy framework.
• Support clients in developing skills for daily living tasks.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting

• Certified in Hand Therapy
