Job Description

We are looking for an innovative Chemical Engineer to lead projects aimed at refining and enhancing chemical processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in chemical process design and optimization, coupled with a passion for sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new processes for chemical production.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for production-related issues.
• Maintain compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to support the launch of new products.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product standards.
• Conduct training sessions for team members.
• Support supply chain management with process insights.
• Develop and maintain process simulation models.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of industrial experience in chemical engineering
