Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pet Groomer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have experience in grooming a variety of breeds and a love for animals. You will be responsible for providing grooming services, including bathing, trimming, and styling. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that pets have a positive grooming experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer de-shedding treatments and other special grooming services.
• Maintain equipment and grooming supplies, ensuring they are clean and functional.
• Keep detailed records of each pet's grooming history and any special notes.
• Provide excellent customer service by building relationships with clients and their pets.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Pet Grooming from a recognized institution

Experience

• 4+ years of professional grooming experience preferred

• Breed-specific Grooming
• Grooming Equipment Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Master Groomer

Languages

• English: Fluent
