Job Description

As an Aesthetician at Beauty Haven, you will be the face of our skincare treatments, providing advice and services tailored to each client's skincare goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys building client relationships and educating them on our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional skincare services and treatments in a friendly environment.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
• Promote beauty products and services to clients during appointments.
• Manage appointment scheduling to optimize client flow.
• Implement safety and sanitation protocols during all treatments.
• Guide clients in achieving their skincare goals and improving their overall experience.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Chemical Peeling

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Skin Therapy Certification
• Microdermabrasion Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of holistic skincare practices: Background in alternative skincare therapies.
• Ability to perform makeup applications: Experience in providing makeup services.
