• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus
• Hotel Management Software Proficient in using hotel management software for reservations and operations.
• Financial Management Experience in managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Leadership Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent Communication Exceptional interpersonal skills for guest relations and team collaboration.
• English (Fluent)
• Afrikaans (Conversational)

• Familiarity with sustainability practices: Knowledge of eco-friendly practices to implement in hotel operations.
• Previous experience with event management: Experience in managing on-site events for guests or corporate clients.
