Event Planner

Job Description

We are looking for an Event Planner to execute memorable events. In this role, you will engage with clients to assess their requirements, manage event logistics, and oversee all elements of event planning. Ideal candidates will have previous event planning experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings.
• Work closely with clients to define event goals and themes.
• Manage logistics, including transportation and accommodations for attendees.
• Conduct site inspections and final briefings to ensure readiness.
• Maintain a detailed event calendar and ensure prompt communication with stakeholders.
• Handle on-site coordination and troubleshooting during events.
• Compile and manage guest lists and RSVPs.
• Stay updated with industry trends to bring fresh ideas to event planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or management

• Budget Management

Certifications

• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
• Event Planning Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
