Job Description

As a Patternmaker with a focus on metal and plastic, you'll play a key role in developing pattern templates for our garments. Your attention to detail and understanding of design specifications will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop prototypes for new garments using created patterns.
• Evaluate and suggest improvements in pattern-making processes.
• Assist in sourcing materials that align with pattern specifications.
• Oversee pattern testing to ensure durability and usability.
• Research new technologies that can enhance pattern-making efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the pattern-making process.
• Facilitate open communication between design, production, and quality assurance teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to drive innovation in pattern development.
• Engage with stakeholders to refine products based on consumer feedback.
• Highlight and address any issues related to pattern production.
