Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in civil design, project management, and engineering principles. You will be involved in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of structures such as roads, bridges, and buildings.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Utilize software for structural analysis and project management.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional development.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of project activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• MBA or similar qualification is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering and project management
