Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Insurance Underwriter to handle life insurance assessments. You will work closely with our sales team and clients to provide accurate evaluations and drive the insurance process. Bring your expertise and join us in our Port Elizabeth office.

Responsibilities

• Assess risks related to life insurance applications and make decisions accordingly.
• Communicate with clients and agents to ensure all necessary documentation is complete.
• Review underwriting guidelines and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Conduct follow-ups and respond to inquiries regarding policy statuses.
• Manage workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain high productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in underwriting or related insurance roles
