As an Investment Banker at our Johannesburg office, you will be entrusted with delivering strategic financial advice to our clients. This role requires strong negotiation skills, sound judgment, and a results-oriented approach to financial problem-solving. You'll contribute to various transactions and have the opportunity to work alongside industry veterans.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute complex financial transactions.
• Conduct industry research to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support the preparation of regulatory filings and disclosures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking
