Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate Event Planner to join our Pretoria team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to weddings, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is able to manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design event themes and experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts with venues and suppliers to maximize value.
  • Monitor and maintain event schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Create and manage seating arrangements and guest lists.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of comprehensive event planning experience
