Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and managing pharmacy operations. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our customers by advising them on prescriptions and over-the-counter products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to legal and health protocols in the pharmacy.
• Implement processes to improve patient safety and care.
• Support the Pharmacy Manager in managing pharmacy costs.
• Collaborate with external healthcare providers for patient outcomes.
• Conduct regular staff training sessions on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist.

Technical Skills

• Clinical Pharmacy
• Software Proficiency

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Pharmacotherapy Board Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in African Languages: Ability to communicate in at least two African languages.
