Job Description

As an Event Planner at Eventful Creations, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing a variety of events. Your creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills will ensure each event is a success from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative event ideas.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure profitability.
• Assist in marketing events through social media and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for events.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the planning and execution phases.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for new business.
• Maintain accurate records of event budgets, participant lists, and vendor agreements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field
• Additional training in project management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in high-profile event planning

• English: Fluent
