Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Hospitality Manager with a knack for enhancing guest experiences to join our esteemed hotel team in Cape Town. You will lead a team of professionals in providing exceptional service while managing hotel operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Manage staff performance through training and development programs.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and handle any complaints effectively.
  • Implement marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel facilities and services.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and food & beverage to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare reports for senior management regarding operational activities.
  • Facilitate team meetings to encourage communication and enhance collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree is advantageous

  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management
