Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the administration of healthcare services including scheduling and billing.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.
  • Help develop strategic plans for improving healthcare service delivery.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of current processes and suggest improvements.
  • Introduce new technologies and software that can enhance administrative functions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field
  • Master's degree in Administration or a healthcare-related field is preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a healthcare administrative role
