Looking for an Architect to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. You will be responsible for the creative process from initial concept to the final design, ensuring the highest quality of architecture and design solutions. This role not only challenges your creative abilities but also lets you leave a lasting mark on the built environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and innovative architectural designs for diverse projects.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Investigate zoning and regulatory requirements affecting projects.
• Create mood boards and material samples for client presentations.
• Build rapport with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Review and critique designs created by junior staff members.
• Utilize BIM tools to enhance project coordination.
• Ensure that all design outputs are clear and functional.
• Propose design amendments based on client feedback.
• Provide support during all stages of the design and construction process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, project management preferred

• Building Code Knowledge

• 3D Modelling Software

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
