Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful completion of projects while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all civil engineering aspects of projects.
• Conduct site surveys and soil testing as required.
• Maintain project schedules and report on progress.
• Facilitate project meetings and document outcomes.
• Monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
• Assist in proposals and bid preparation for new projects.
• Support the development of junior engineers through mentoring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• Professional registration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on civil engineering experience

Certifications

• Certified Civil Engineering Technician (CCET)
