Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain chemical production processes.
• Perform risk assessments on new and existing processes.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Assist in the training of junior engineers and technicians.
• Work closely with quality assurance to ensure product compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in chemical engineering technology.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies for process enhancement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering
