UX/UI Lead

Job Description

As a UX/UI Lead, you will drive the vision of our design strategy, implementing best practices in user experience and visual design. You will lead a talented team and work collaboratively across departments, ensuring our products provide exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire design process from concept to execution.
• Collaborate with product managers to align designs with business goals.
• Troubleshoot design-related issues during development phases.
• Develop a strong design team culture that encourages innovation.
• Create visual assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Engage with users to learn about their needs and preferences.
• Design wireframes and prototypes that communicate ideas effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, UX/UI Design, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UX/UI design with a proven track record.

Languages
