Job Description

As a Nurse Consultant at Leading Healthcare Solutions, you will utilize your nursing expertise to advise on clinical practices, advocate for patient care excellence, and ensure compliance with health policies. Responsibilities

  • Advising on best practices in nursing and clinical care.
  • Conducting quality assurance audits within the nursing department.
  • Providing training and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
  • Engaging in clinical research and contributing to evidence-based practice.
  • Facilitating communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Participating in hospital committees to influence policy improvements.
  • Managing patient cases and liaising with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a consultancy role
